Wausau Attorney Christine Bremer Muggli Elected to Board of Directors of the Litigation Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin

Christine Bremer Muggli, of Bremer & Trollop Law Offices S.C., has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Litigation Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin. Her term begins on July 1, 2011 and will end in 2014. During that time, Attorney Bremer Muggli will play a critical role for Wisconsin’s citizens, helping to determine important issues concerning how lawsuits are tried in Wisconsin.

Attorney Bremer Muggli has more than 30 years experience protecting the rights of personal injury plaintiffs. In December 2010, the Wisconsin Association for Justice (WAJ) presented her with the Robert L. Habush Trial Lawyer of the Year Award. She has also been listed on the Wisconsin Super Lawyers list numerous times. In 2009, she was also named an honoree in Wisconsin Law Journal’s annual publication, Women in the Law, for her role as President of the WAJ and in founding the WAJ Women’s Caucus.

Currently, she serves as Vice Chair for the University of Wisconsin Institute for Public Policy and Service Advisory Board and is on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Civil Justice Education Foundation, Inc., as well as the Wisconsin Association for Justice (WAJ). She has also served as a Member of the Wisconsin Federal Nominating Commission for the past five years.
