A driver of a truck who ran a stop sign west of Wausau on Tuesday caused a two-vehicle crash that sent two people to area hospitals, according to the Marathon County Sheriff’s Department. The crash occurred just before 10 a.m. at the intersection of highways J and N where the towns of Easton, Wausau, Weston and Ringle meet. The driver of the truck did not stop at a stop sign at the intersection with Highway N and hit a westbound sport utility vehicle driven by James M. Stevens, of Ringle, on Highway N.
