One person is dead and two people were sent to the hospital after a two-vehicle crash in Lincoln County on Friday afternoon on Joe Snow Road and County Highway Q just south of Merrill, according to the sheriff’s department. The preliminary report indicates a 16-year-old driver failed to stop at a stop sign, causing the collision. The driver of the other vehicle, Joan Lehman, was tragically killed in the crash.
