Wausau Attorney Christine Bremer Muggli Makes Top 25 Women Wisconsin Super Lawyers List

Attorney Christine Bremer Muggli, of Bremer & Trollop Law Offices S.C., has been recognized by Wisconsin Super Lawyers magazine as one of the Top 25 Women Wisconsin Super Lawyers.

In selecting attorneys for Super Lawyers, Law & Politics employs a rigorous three-step process. Peer nominations and evaluations are combined with third party research. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Selections are made on an annual, state-by-state basis. Only five percent of Wisconsin attorneys are chosen each year for inclusion in Wisconsin Super Lawyers. Of those lawyers, the 25 with the highest point totals in the nomination, research and blue ribbon review process are selected for the Top 25 lists.

Attorney Bremer Muggli has more than 30 years experience protecting the rights of personal injury plaintiffs. In December 2010, the Wisconsin Association for Justice (WAJ) presented her with the Robert L. Habush Trial Lawyer of the Year Award. She has also been listed on the Wisconsin Super Lawyers list numerous times. In 2009, she was also named an honoree in Wisconsin Law Journal’s annual publication, Women in the Law, for her role as President of the WAJ and in founding the WAJ Women’s Caucus. She currently serves as Vice Chair for the University of Wisconsin Institute for Public Policy and Service Advisory Board and is on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Civil Justice Education Foundation, Inc., as well as the Wisconsin Association for Justice (WAJ).

Although it appears alcohol may have been a factor in this crash, tractor lighting is often a cause of tractor/car crashes in Wisconsin.  Tractors are required to have the same rear lighting as other vehicles.  Other additional lighting requirements often apply as well.  If you have been injured in an accident involving a tractor traveling on a Wisconsin road, early investigation is important.  It is important to speak with a personal injury attorney right away.  Bremer & Trollop Law Offices offers free consultations and can be reached at 877-949-3200.

Snow and ice conditions require extra precaution, including often traveling at speeds well below the posted limit.  In most situations, the driver of an automobile that loses control or slides into another vehicle due to slippery conditions is negligent in some way.  In very limited situations, it is possible for the operator to be found not negligent due to hidden ice that was unknown to the driver.  If you have been injured in an automobile accident involving slippery conditions, it is important that you speak with a personal injury attorney right away.  Call Bremer & Trollop Law Offices for a free consultation at 877-949-3200.
