Thao was cited for operating with no insurance.

Occassionally, drivers are injured in accidents that are not their fault, but are given a ticket for something unrelated to the cause of the accident, such as driving without a license or without insurance.  Such a citation does not impact the injured driver’s claim against the driver who caused the crash and should not be admitted as evidence against the injured driver.  If you have been involved in such an accident, it is important that you seek the advice of a personal injury attorney right away.  Call Bremer & Trollop Law Offices at 715-849-3200 for a free consultation.
